60-day returns on unopened items
You may return any unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
Opened or used items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded, except where they are faulty.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or it is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
