We want you happy with what you ordered, so here is exactly how returns work – in plain terms.
60-day returns on unopened items
Changed your mind? You can return any unopened, unused item within 60 days of delivery for a refund. The only condition is that it stays sealed in its original packaging.
Opened or used items
These are intimate, personal products, so for hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened or used. That is the standard across this category, and it protects every customer. If you are not sure which product is right, our buying guides and our team can help before you commit.
Something wrong with your order? Quality Support has you covered
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or it is not what you ordered, we will make it right – a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we will sort it quickly.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply within 24 hours and walk you through the next step. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, or approve a Quality Support claim, your refund goes back to your original payment method – usually within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
