Track Order
Once your order leaves the warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking link. Most parcels start showing scans within a day or two of dispatch — and if the first update takes a little longer to appear, that’s normal.
Two easy ways to track
- From your email: open your shipping confirmation and tap the tracking link. It’s the quickest route and it’s tied straight to your parcel.
- By tracking number: copy the number from that email and paste it into 17TRACK, which reads most carriers worldwide.
When does it ship?
Most items ship from our Sydney, Berlin, or California warehouses and arrive in about 3–5 days. A few products are stocked elsewhere and need routing in first, so those land in roughly 5–12 days. Either way, your tracking link goes out the moment the parcel moves.
Tracking looks stuck?
If the number hasn’t updated for more than a couple of days, don’t stress — email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll chase the carrier and come back to you within 24 hours.

Every parcel ships in plain packaging with no product names on the label, and the tracking emails stay just as private. Nobody handling it can tell what’s inside.
