A plain box or padded mailer with no branding, no images, and nothing that hints at what’s inside. It looks like any ordinary parcel on your doorstep or in the mailroom.

What’s on the shipping label

A neutral sender name and your address, and that’s it. No product names, no store category, no adult wording anywhere on the outside.

What shows on your statement

Your card or account shows a discreet billing descriptor, not the product or anything suggestive. Whoever glances at the statement won’t learn what you ordered.

Tracking emails

When your order ships you’ll get a tracking link by email, worded as quietly as the packaging itself. Follow it anytime on our Track Order page.

Delivery timing

Most orders ship from Sydney, Berlin, or California and arrive in about 3–5 days. A few items are stocked elsewhere and need routing in first, so those take roughly 5–12 days. Tracking goes out the moment your parcel is moving.

Will a partner or roommate know what it is? Not from the outside — there’s nothing to give it away.
